During the non-hockey months of the Summer, to get my fix, I watch old games and write about them as if I’m my current age in that year.
For example, when talking about a game from 1975, I pretend that I was born in 1940 and write about the game, as if it just happened, view the eyes of a 35 year old on the date of the game.
In these blogs, I also give you what was going on in the world at the time, what was hot in pop-culture, the cost of various items and so much more, including pictures & video. To add more authenticity, I also try to buy or acquire game programs from the game I’m reviewing & show you what a program from that era looked like.
